David attended the Ogun State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) in 1988. He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1989 and he obtained a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in 2000 from the University of Lagos. David’s forte is advising clients on issues of commercial and corporate law. David has vast experience regarding financial institutions, asset verification, mergers and acquisitions, business recovery and insolvency, revenue collection, forensic audit as well as compliance, governance, and regulatory issues.
