Ayoola attended the Obafemi Awolowo University where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) in 1989. He was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990. In thirty five years of practice, Ayo has emerged as one the finest trial lawyers in Nigeria and he has combined his advocacy skills with a unique ability to equally manage clients’ transactions with a commercial approach. He is equally experienced in legal due diligence, forensic audit, tax audit, investigation of titles, investigation of status, labour/ insurance issues, investigation of potential third party claims / liabilities, statutory compliance, investigation of buyer(s), pre-divestiture and liquidation issues, capital restructuring, preparation of information memorandum and bid documents, liquidation and general legal advice. Ayoola is a trial lawyer par excellence in recognition of which he was conferred with the prestigious professional rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (equivalent of King’s Counsel in the U.K.).
